Neo4j::Relationship.new should take a hash of properties

Reported by Andreas Ronge | February 13th, 2010 @ 10:39 PM | in 0.4.1

It should work like Neo4j::Node.new which can take a hash of properties.

Example:

Neo4j::Relationship.new(:friend, node1, node2, :since => '2010', :status => true)

This is also needed to make it easier to implement the Batch Inserter.
