
Neo4j::GraphAlgo does raise exception if two nodes are not connected

It should simply return nothing if we try to find the shortest path between two nodes that are not connected

(from [ec6401924e14cb4f06c7495ab2bcfbed3cdf2407]) Fix for "Save callbacks fire once for every outging has_one node" closes #172
The write performance will probably be increase since the size of the call stack has been decrease a lot since we are avoiding saving nodes twice.
This might also be a solution for issue #166
