ETag and Cache Control

Reported by Andreas Ronge | June 26th, 2009 @ 11:42 AM

All GET request should have HTTP header ETags.
(Should not send a JSON respone if etags matches, see HTTP spec).

Should also be possible to customize how long the content should be cached in a configuration Neo4j::Config[:rest_cache_age] or maybe specified on each RestMixin class

class Person
include .... rest_cache :max_age => 123123123 # ms ? end

This feature is eeded for impl. efficient Replication
